THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE AHIMSA ANIMAL LOVERS BOOK

Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word used in Buddhism and Hinduism

that means “non-harm.”

· In Yoga, it is the first ethical value that must be practiced. It comes 6 steps before asana, which is the practices of holding poses. By the time you practice yoga on the mat you should be fully committed to not harming the living and not fearing death.

· To yogis, non-violence must be practiced through a vegetarian diet, and through any violent choice.

· More than quadrillion animals suffer and die at the whim of human desire every year. This book compiles years of research and statistics gathered from governmental and agency websites, animal rights organizations including PETA, and animal entertainment websites. Reading Ahimsa expedites easy learning about animal rights.

· This book pairs facts about animal suffering with yoga poses named after animals. We then take each yoga pose and transform it into a form of Tantric Yoga that should be practiced with someone you love. We hope that by bringing your attention to the spectrum of behaviors that make up humanity’s experience on earth, that you will fully realize your capability and consciously choose to enjoy this earth without that enjoyment becoming a source of suffering for any other animal. In experiences  ranging from wild and innovative sex  to the murder or mutilation of sentient animals, you should see yourself as a single being participating in the whole planet (as a conglomerate of living beings).

We hope you learn to go from Ahimsa to a state of spiritual bliss called Samadhi in an instant as you read this and when you practice. When you experience Samadhi  please give a little shout out in the heavens for yourself, for Ahimsa Animal Lovers,                                         and for the animals.
